Custom Sofa Makers in Kerala
A sofa should be tailored to your space, your comfort, and the way you live.
What We Make
Furniture planned around your room
Bedroom Furniture
Beds, headboards, side units and wardrobes can be matched together so the room feels calm, finished and easy to live with.
Plan Design
Storage & Wardrobes
We plan wardrobes and storage around daily use: clothes, linens, accessories, cleaning space and the awkward corners most catalogues ignore.

Fabric, foam and frame choices for Kerala homes
A good custom sofa is decided before production starts: frame strength, foam comfort, fabric feel and the room's daily use all matter. These are the points we discuss before giving a final quote.
Fabric choice
For Kerala homes, fabric should be selected around heat, dust, children, pets and cleaning habits.
We help compare texture, colour, weave and maintenance before finalising.
Foam comfort
Seat depth, cushion firmness and back support change how a sofa feels every day.
We discuss soft, medium and firmer comfort based on family use.
Frame & finish
The frame, leg detail, stitching, upholstery finish and wall clearance are planned around the actual room
so the sofa looks right after installation.
Our Philosophy
Made carefully,
measured properly
CRAFTOMAX is based in Kottakkal, Malappuram, and most of our work begins with a simple conversation: what room are you furnishing, how much space do you have, and what kind of finish feels right for your home? From there, we help you choose the size, fabric, cushion feel, wood tone and layout. The goal is not to sell the biggest piece, but to build the right one.

How is CRAFTOMAX different from other sofa manufacturers in Malappuram? +
CRAFTOMAX focuses on measurement, material guidance and practical design. The team helps you choose what suits your room, instead of pushing a standard catalogue size.

An L-shape sofa usually has one fixed longer side and one shorter side, while a sectional sofa can be planned in multiple connected seating sections. The right choice depends on room shape, family seating needs and walking space.
What fabric is best for sofas in Kerala homes? +
For Kerala homes, sofa fabric should be chosen around heat, dust, humidity, children, pets and cleaning habits. Tightly woven and easy-maintenance fabrics are often practical for daily family use.
How long does a custom sofa take to make? +
The timeline depends on final measurements, material availability, design details and delivery location. CRAFTOMAX confirms the expected production and installation schedule during consultation.
